Att: Mississippi Master Gardener Awards Working Group
Awards will be presented at the annual Master Gardener Conference.
Any new or re-certified active Master Gardener is eligible to apply for the Outstanding Master Gardener Award. Although the county Master Gardener Coordinators may have been involved in these efforts, it is only the efforts of the Master Gardeners themselves, which are to be evaluated. You may resubmit an award application from a previous year. Once a project wins in any year, it cannot be entered again for competition. Master Gardener of the year winners can be re-nominated in non-consecutive years.
Judges for the awards will not be the Master Gardener Board, but will be selected by the State Master Gardener Coordinator. Decisions by the judges will be final.
